It Started With The Train Journey
It Started with the Train Journey
Once upon a time, a girl named June was travelling back home from college. She was pursuing her Master’s in Education, and her college was located on the Central Line. From Dadar, she boarded a train heading towards her hometown Vasai.
Feeling hungry, June picked up some snacks and a soft drink to enjoy during the journey. As soon as she entered the compartment, she began looking for a place to sit. Just then, someone from behind whispered her name softly,
“Juneeeeeeeeee…”
She turned around and saw that it was her friend!
She walked over and sat beside him. What she didn’t realize at first was that she had entered the gent’s compartment. Sitting next to her friend was a handsome man, quietly observing the moment.
June opened her snack packet and, without hesitation, offered it to both of them.
“Have some?” she asked.
The handsome stranger took a few, and so did her friend.
In just a few moments, June and the new man—his name was Flynn—started to feel a spark. A certain romantic curiosity began to grow between them. The way Flynn admired June’s features—her confidence, her smile—was simply enchanting.
"Ahhh, what a moment!" Flynn said softly.
He then turned to his friend and whispered with a grin,
“Bhai, setting karega kya?”
To which the friend laughed and replied,
“Kyun nahi?”
To lighten the moment, June's friend, who was sitting between them, stood up and said,
“Bhabhi, idhar baithiye.”
June chuckled and replied,
“What?”
(Side note: Just to clear any confusion—there was no third wheel here. The one who stood up was her own friend.)
As the train slowed down at Flynn’s station, he stood up and turned to her.
“It was nice meeting you, dear June.”
She smiled gently and replied,
“Same here, Flynn.”
And that’s the wrap of the journey.
They both ended up with happily ever after.
Moral of the Story:
The ART of trusting the ARTIST is important.
In other words, believe in God's plan—you never know when you’ll find your missing rib.
