MY ALARM WAS ON SILENT THAT DAY...
My Alarm Was on Silent That Day...
Damn — this fictional world won’t let me sleep at night.
I keep thinking of those beautiful wonderlands,
Dreamy flowers in that endless garden…
Oops — then I realised, it was just a dream.
The little explorer in me
Wanders through every corner of that land,
Just to make sure my man is there or not.
Dude, he is there…
Damn, bruh — look at him!
Such a handsome man — dreamy blue eyes,
Six foot three, sharp jawline, white shirt —
My words fall short to describe him.
But I don’t even know his name…
My bad.
I’m swinging on my fairy-tale swing,
Covered in flowers,
Birds fluttering all around me —
And then, at last, he comes again.
We get married —
In that wonderland with no human beings,
Only little birds, flowers,
And yes — God, who blessed our union.
That day, my alarm was on silent —
So I got married to my man.
Soon, Mom came to wake me up…
And I realised —
Damn, it was just a dream.
